PRICE ESTIMATING

One of the first things I am asked is how much will this project cost or do you have a square foot cost. I've made a list of estimated cost. These or by no means set in concrete. These are just a general guide to help you set a realistic budget.

Kitchens and bathroom additions usually entail a large amount of changes to existing spaces. This in turn increases cost. When figuring square footage include the full addition plus the existing interior space that is affected by the new addition.

These square foot cost vary substantially from project to project. Size, layout, details, fixtures, finishes, structural work, foundation work, site accessibility, updating of mechanical systems and roofing are just some of the issues which affect the final cost. That said, we hope this helps you in trying to set a realist budget.
