This is a letter I almost hate to write only because he is like having a secret fishing spot and you don't want the word to get out so it will always be available when we want to use it. We have had many contractors do work for us and always were disappointed with the workmanship and the progression of the job. We have even coined a term for it "Contractor Disease". Until we met Dave we thought it was just the way it had to be. We had Dave do a kitchen remodel job. First we asked him for a quote which was very professional and returned in a timely manner. We checked his references which we thought must have been his family because they all had such good things to say and not a bad word but they were right. He started right on time, pulled the permits, and got all the subcontractors lined up. Dave was very easy to work with. I think of myself as handy guy and wanted to do some of the work myself which was OK with Dave. There are always changes in a job of this size and we made some big ones. We got no complaints even when it meant less money for him. The subcontractors he used were good and timely. The most important thing is the job stayed on schedule. Dave came first thing in the morning and worked full days. Dave always gave us daily updates on what had been done and what was going to happen the next day. He even cleans up every day. All this along with a competitive cost. Dave is great, but keep it to yourself."
